      If no aerosol is forming, ensure the set and actual temperature are correct. Verify that the Filling Chamber and Valve Balloon are correctly attached. Check if an extract (aromatic oil) has been added to the Drip Pad, or if there is fresh, unused plant material in the Filling Chamber. Also, confirm that the pump is turned on. Check whether the Screen in the Filling Chamber Cap is clogged or is not inserted into the notch properly. Finally, ensure the Filling Chamber has been cleaned according to the Instructions for Use.

      If there's no green light on your STORZ & BICKEL VOLCANO Vaporizer and the heater or pump won't activate, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the main power is on and the fuse is working correctly. Check the set and actual temperature settings to make sure they're appropriate. Also, verify that the Filling Chamber and/or Valve Balloon are correctly attached. If none of these steps work, press a button to activate the device, as it automatically switches off after 30 minutes of inactivity. Inspect the Filling Chamber Screen for clogs and proper insertion, and ensure the Filling Chamber is clean. If internal fuses are triggered, send the VOLCANO to the Service Center.
