OPERATION OF A TABLE CONDITIONING CYCLE
WITH CONDITIONING DEVICES ON THE
SPINDLES
Follow the procedure below to condition the table by running an auto polish
cycle with pad conditioning devices mounted on the spindles.
SUMMARY
The list below is a summary of the procedures needed to start up the machine
and complete a table conditioning cycle using pad conditioning devices mounted
on the spindles.
1. Power Up.
2. Perform Home Sequence Routine.
3. Load Pad Conditioning Devices on Spindles.
4. Retrieve a Stored Recipe.
5. At the Machine Parameters Menu, Set Auto Cycle Operation to Condition.
6. Run Auto Polish Cycle.
7. Remove Conditioning Devices from Spindles.
8. At the Machine Parameters Menu, Set Auto Cycle Operation to Auto.
