CARRIER LOADING AND UNLOADING
FOR MACHINES EQUIPPED WITH A
SECOND POLISH TABLE
Notes:
As the 6DS-SP two-table machine design requires a fairly long reach to
place carriers onto or remove them from the load stations, the carrier load
fixture permits placement and removal of carriers with a reduced lift reach.
With the exception of installation and use of the carrier load fixture to assist
in movement of the carrier, the loading and loading sequences shown below
are the same as those presented earlier in this chapter for single-table
machines.

Tools Required
• carrier load fixture (Symix # 274559)
Procedure
Install the carrier load fixture and place carriers in load stations:
1. Open Left Side Operator Door.
