Select the carrier unload function:

4. <F8> At the Auto Polish Cycle menu,
press the F8 key to select
“OTHER”, displaying the
alternate function key list.
5. <F2> Press the F2 key to select
“Unload Carriers”.
6. Wait. Wait for bridge and spindles to
finish moving.
Carriers will remain on load stations as spindles rise.
Install the carrier load fixture and remove carriers from load stations:
7. Open Left Side Operator Door.
8. With the flat side of the white plastic carrier load fixture
facing up, place the fixture between the load station and
the front of the machine.
9. Confirm that the lip of the fixture engages with the front
wall of the machine cabinet.
10. Confirm that the fixture is positioned directly in front of
the desired load station.
11. Manually tilt the carrier up and out of the load station and
onto the fixture.
12. Slide the carrier to the front of the machine cabinet.
Caution: Take care to avoid damaging the teflon spray
nozzles located near the load stations.
