Menu Item Descriptions at the Auto Polish Parameters Menu
Item Function(s)
Step Number
Steps 1 through 10 are for the primary polish
table.
Steps 11 through 20 are for the optional second
table.
Left Time
Sets the polish time for the left spindle.
If Matched is selected in the Machine
Parameters Menu, a value entered here will also
be entered for the right spindle.
Right Time
Sets the polish time for the right spindle.
If Matched is selected in the Machine
Parameters Menu, a value entered here will also
be entered for the left spindle.
Polish Force
Sets the target polish force. The units will be
either psi or lbs depending on Calibration
Variable 92.
Range: 0-500 lbs (or equivalent psi)
Lt Bk Prs
Sets the target left backpressure.
If Matched is selected in the Machine
Parameters Menu, a value entered here will also
be entered for the right backpressure.
Rt Bk Prs
Sets the target right backpressure.
If Matched is selected in the Machine
Parameters Menu, a value entered here will also
be entered for the left backpressure.
Force Ramp
Sets the number of seconds for the polish force
to linearly ramp from the last step value to the
next step value.
