The Operations manual provides detailed instruction to the operator in daily
use, process setup, and care of the machine, as well as an overview of
machine components and function.
MAINTENANCE MANUAL - CONTENTS AND
PURPOSE
The 6DS-SP Maintenance manual is a five-volume set:

1 - Chapters 1 through 13
2 - Appendix A through Appendix E
3, 4, 5 - Appendix F (Manufacturers’ Data Sheets, filed
alphabetically by manufacturer)
The Maintenance manual describes installation, preventive maintenance,
calibration, and service of the Model 6DS-SP Planarizer. Intended to provide
a more thorough understanding of the machine's many assembly functions
and hands-on maintenance procedures than the Operations manual, the
Maintenance manual also includes descriptions of the machine's electrical
distribution and control systems, mechanical parts and functions, machine
cycles, maintenance and calibration menus, and some troubleshooting
suggestions.
