STEP 1 - OBTAIN THE FACILITY AND
EQUIPMENT
PREPARATION SIGN-OFF
SHEET
The Facility and Equipment Preparation Sign-Off Sheet, (found in the R.
Howard Strasbaugh, Inc., Installation Report), provides the following checklist
of tasks required for the facility and equipment preparation segment of
installation. Complete each item by following the procedures in Steps 2. through
7., in this chapter, check it off, and obtain customer approval.
Sign-Off Sheet Checklist:
A. As received, crate inspection and report of any problems.
B. Uncrate, unwrap inspection and report of any problems.
C. Packing slip verification and report of any problems.
D. Machine in place and leveled, per requirements listed below in this
chapter.
E. Completion of connection of utilities, per requirements listed below
in this chapter:
1. electrical
2. clean dry air (compressed air)
3. D. I. water
4. chemical (acid) drain
5. industrial waste drain
6. exhaust
F. Completion of slurry system connection, per requirements listed
below in this chapter.
When you have completed Steps 2. through 7., go on to Step 8. to complete the
initial adjustments.
