After making the electrical supply connection, leave the main power disconnect
(main machine circuit breaker) in the "OFF" condition by moving the lever to its
down
position; close the electrical cabinet enclosure door and latch assembly
tightly.
The 110 VAC outlet (4) is an AC convenience outlet.
COMPRESSED AIR
The compressed air preparation system is mounted on the rear of the machine
and clearly labeled. The compressed air supply (3) should be connected to the
supply connector on the left end of the air preparation assembly. The supply
should be flexible tubing designed to accommodate the specified flow and
pressure.
VACUUM AND D.I. WATER
The connections for vacuum (13), D.I. water (11), and D. I. water return (14)
are located near the center of the machine cabinet and clearly labeled.
A bulkhead fitting is provided for each system to be connected to flexible tubing.
The tubing should be selected to provide the necessary flow and pressure for the
machine.
