FLAT PANEL DISPLAY OPERATOR INTERFACE,
KEYPAD, AND KEYBOARD
The flat panel display, vertically mounted keypad, and horizontally mounted
standard keyboard are incorporated, together with the control panel, in the
operator interface unit. Supported by a movable arm, the unit may be located at
either the front or left side of the machine cabinet. (For illustrations of front and
side mounted operator interface units, refer to Figures 3-1 and 3-2, above in this
chapter.) Available options include dual front and side interfaces and a mobile
remote interface.
KEYPAD AND KEYBOARD
The vertically mounted keypad sits just below the flat panel screen of the
operator interface unit. The horizontally mounted keyboard provides standard
functions. For details on use of the keypad and keyboard, refer to the Operator
Functions chapter of the 6DS-SP Operations manual.
