10. Install the swivel elbow assembly in the plate:
a. Locate the 10-32 hole in the concave side of the plate.
b. Start the stud of the swivel elbow into the 10-32 hole by manually
rotating it clockwise.
c. At the final rotation of the stud, position it such that the barb points
at the 10 o’clock location shown in Figure 9-8, above.
11. Attach a 7 1/2-in. piece of 1/8-in. ID (inside diameter) tubing to the
barb:
• Press the tubing onto the barb, securing it to the barb’s shoulder.
12. Lay the tubing inside the inner lip of the plate counterclockwise around
the plate center hole, as shown in the figure above.
13. Set the top plate aside.
