13. Using a 3/16-in. hex key, rotate the screw clockwise to firm.
14. Rotate the assembly back to horizontal.
15. Engage the pivoting retainer clips.
16. Replace each of the other two alignment screws with sealing screws by
repeating Steps 11., 12., and 13., immediately above.
17. Using a 3/16-in. hex key, confirm that the plate is snug against the jack
screws by checking that all three sealing screws have been tightened to
firm.
18. Torque each sealing screw to 60 inch-pounds:
a. Attach a 3/8-in.-sq. x 3/16-in. hex adapter to the torque wrench.
b. Set the torque wrench at 60 inch-pounds.
c. Tighten each sealing screw to 60 inch-pounds of torque (until the
wrench clicks).
19. Remove the tubing wedge.
20. Rotate the assembly to position the mounting plate up.
21. Engage the pivoting retainer clips to stabilize the plate.
22. Clean the mounting plate with isopropyl alcohol.
