Turn Machine Power On and Perform Home Sequence Routine
Follow the procedures detailed in the Operator Functions chapter of the 6DS-SP
Operations manual.
B. CHECK CURRENT CALIBRATION
1. Place a cassette on the left send elevator. Place the elevator cassette
sensor arm down on top of the cassette.
2. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu select Robot Move and choose
Left Send to move the robot out of the way.
3. Select Bridge Move and choose Load to move the bridge to its load
position.
4. Open the Left Side Operator Door.
5. Position the left load station:
a. Loosen the four hex head bolts at the base of the left load station by
turning them counterclockwise with a 9/16-in. socket wrench.
b. By hand, push the left load station toward the rear of the machine as
far as it will go.
6. Center the left load station and measure:
a. Move the station forward .0625 in.
b. Measure with a precision scale from the back edge of the shuttle
assembly top plate to the back of the left load station to confirm.
GOAL: The measurement should equal .0625 in., resulting in a
centered station.
7. When positioning is satisfactory, tighten the four hex head bolts of the
station to firm.
8. Close the door.
