5. Open the Left Side Operator Door.
6. Disconnect the water line to each cleaning station (located at the front
of each cleaning station) by loosening each water line fitting with a
9/16-in. open end wrench.
7. Using a 9/16-in. socket head wrench, remove the four hex head bolts at
the base of each cleaning station by rotating them counterclockwise.
Set all eight bolts aside.
8. Lift each cleaning station up and out of the machine.
9. Remove the rectangular access cover located between the bases of the
cleaning stations:
a. Use a flat blade screwdriver on the four counter-sunk screws of the
cover.
b. Set the screws aside.
c. Lift the access cover off with the edge of a screwdriver.
10. Rotate the Compressed Air Supply valve 1/4 turn clockwise to turn
the compressed air supply OFF.
11. If needed, open the Left Side Operator Door.
12. By hand, push the shuttle assembly to the rear of the machine until the
right shock absorber hard stops are visible.
13. Measure the distance from the stopping collar to the right shock
absorber mounting block.
Record the measurement.
14. Using a 1 1/8-in. open end wrench, rotate the right jam nut, located next
to the mounting block, counterclockwise to loosen it.
Back the jam nut off .25 in. (1/4 in.).
