15. By hand, rotate the shock absorber clockwise or counterclockwise as
needed to adjust the left load station position (see Item 10 of Section B.,
Check Current Calibration, above, for the goal).
Increase/decrease the distance between the stopping collar and the shock
absorber mounting block by the amount of correction needed to meet the
goal.
16. Remeasure the distance between the stopping collar and the shock
absorber.
17. Retighten the jam nut--very tight.
18. By hand, pull the shuttle assembly to its forward position.
19. Close the Left Side Operator Door.
20. Rotate the Compressed Air Supply valve 1/4 turn counterclockwise to
turn the compressed air supply ON.
21. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu select Bridge Move and choose
Load to move the bridge to its load position.
22. Lower the left and right spindles:
a. At Page 2 of the Manual Control Menu select Left Spindle
Up/Down and choose Down to lower the left spindle.
b. Select Right Spindle Up/Down and choose Down to lower the right
spindle.
23. Open the Left Side Operator Door.
24. Re-check the positioning of the left load station:
a. If the goal is not met, repeat the adjustment procedure.
b. If the goal is met, go on to the Shuttle Forward Reed Switch
Adjustment, below.
