9. Remove the rectangular access cover located between the bases of the
cleaning stations:
a. Use a flat blade screwdriver on the four counter-sunk screws of the
cover.
b. Set the screws aside.
c. Lift the access cover off with the edge of a screwdriver.
10. Reinstall the right cleaning station:
a. Replace the right cleaning station in the machine.
b. Hand tighten the four hex head bolts.
11. Center the right cleaning station:
a. By hand, push the right cleaning station toward the rear of the
machine as far as it will go.
b. With a scale, measure the distance between the front edge of the
shuttle assembly top plate and the front of the cleaning station.
c. Move the cleaning station forward 0625 in. (1/16 in.).
d. Re-measure to check.
e. Re-tighten bolts to firm by rotating clockwise.
12. Close the Left Side Operator Door.
13. Rotate the Compressed Air Supply valve 1/4 turn clockwise to turn the
compressed air supply OFF.
14. Open the Left Side Operator Door.
15. Measure the left shock absorber:
a. Measure the distance between the left stopping collar and the left
shock absorber mounting block.
b. Record the measurement.
