9. Adjust the small top right shock absorber:
a. Turn the compressed air OFF.
b. Using a 5/8-in. open end wrench, loosen the 5/8-in. jam nut adjacent
to the shock absorber mounting bracket by rotating it
counterclockwise.
c. Manually rotate the small shock absorber as needed to correct the
position of the stainless steel pan:
• To move the pan toward the front of the machine, rotate the
shock absorber counterclockwise.
• To move the pan toward the rear of the machine, rotate the
shock absorber clockwise.
d. When the pan position meets the goal, retighten the jam nut by
rotating it clockwise.
10. Remeasure the pan position in relation to the carriers and repeat the
adjustment if needed.
11. When the goal is met, go on to the Table Travel Cylinder Reed Switch
Adjustments, below.
