11. Move the table back to its forward position and recheck the digital
input:
a. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu select Shuttle Move and
choose Front to move the shuttle to its forward position.
b. At the Diagnostics Menu, select View Inputs to read the status of
Input 17 (Shuttle Forward).
GOAL: Input 17 should display ON when the shuttle is in its
forward position.
c. If the input is not on, repeat Steps 7. through 11., moving the switch
in 1/8-in. increments until the goal is met.
TABLE REAR REED SWITCH
The table rear reed switch is located at the end of the table travel air cylinder
nearest the rear of the machine.
B. TEST THE PRESENT POSITION AND ADJUST
1. Close all machine doors.
2. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu select Shuttle Move and choose
Rear to move the shuttle to its rear position.
3. At the Diagnostics Menu, select View Inputs to read the status of Input
18 (Shuttle Rear).
GOAL: Input 18 should display ON when the shuttle is in its
rear position.
b. If the screen displays 18-OFF, go to Step 4. to begin the reed switch
adjustment.
c. If the screen displays 18-ON, skip to the Table Locking Cylinder
Reed Switch Adjustments, below.
4. Open the operator doors.
