4. At the Diagnostics Menu, select View Inputs to read the status of Input
49 (Second Table Lock) and Input 50 (Second Table Lock).
GOAL: Inputs 49 and 50 should be ON when the second table
polish position locks are engaged.
Notes: INPUT 49 = the left locking cylinder
INPUT 50 = the right locking cylinder
a. If the screen displays 49-OFF or 50-OFF, go to Step 5. to begin the
reed switch adjustment.
b. If the screen displays 49-ON and 50-ON, skip to the Table
Unlocking Cylinder Reed Switches.
5. Open the polish area operator doors.
6. If needed, adjust position of the left locking cylinder reed switch:
a. Using a flashlight and a mirror with a long handle, locate the left
locking cylinder reed switch, mounted at the left end of the locking
cylinder.
b. Inserting a flat blade screwdriver with a 24-in. handle across from
the right end of the cylinder, loosen the clamp screw securing the
switch by rotating it counterclockwise.
c. While watching Digital Input 49 at the Diagnostics screen, slide the
switch on the cylinder until the input comes ON.
d. Retighten the clamp screw.
