7. Reinstall the right load chuck platform and ring:
a. Set the platform and ring in place.
b. Using a 9/16-in. open end wrench or 9/16-in. universal socket
wrench, tighten the two 3/8-16 hex head bolts mounted on the
vertical surfaces of the load station adapter plate by rotating them
clockwise to firm.
8. Using a 1/2-in. socket wrench, replace the 5/16-24 jam nut at the top of
the left load chuck platform by rotating it clockwise to firm.
Note: This jam nut secures the left load chuck air cylinder.
9. Using a 1/2-in. socket wrench, replace the 5/16-24 jam nut at the top of
the right load chuck platform by rotating it clockwise to firm.
Note: This jam nut secures the right load chuck air cylinder.
10. Reattach the water and vacuum lines:
a. Feed the lines through the access holes at the right and left rear
corners of the stainless steel pan.
b. Reattach to their fittings.
11. Go on to Restoration of Load Chuck Height to the Previously Measured
Position, below.
