RESTORATION OF LOAD CHUCK HEIGHT TO
THE PREVIOUSLY MEASURED POSITION
Notes:
This procedure corrects the positioning of the load chucks after the shock
absorbers and reed switches have been adjusted, restoring the height of the load
chucks to the position recorded before disassembly.
A. BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Tools Required
• precision scale (accurate to .03125 in.)
• 9/16-in. open end wrench or 9/16-in. universal socket wrench
• 1/2-in. key stock
• feeler gauges
B. PROCEDURE
1. Close all doors.
2. Power up the machine.
