3. Move the load chucks to their down position:
a. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu select Left Load Chuck
Up/Down and choose Down to move the left load chuck to its down
position.
b. Select Right Load Chuck Up/Down and choose Down to move the
right load chuck to its down position.
4. Left load chuck:
a. Using a 9/16-in. open end wrench or 9/16-in. universal socket
wrench, loosen the two 3/8-16 hex head bolts mounted on the
vertical surfaces of the load station adapter plate by rotating them
counterclockwise.
b. Using the precision scale to measure and the 1/2-in. key stock and
the feeler gauges as needed to shim up the load chuck, raise the load
chuck to the down position height recorded before disassembly.
c. Using a 9/16-in. open end wrench or 9/16-in. universal socket
wrench, retighten the two 3/8-16 hex head bolts to firm by rotating
them clockwise.
5. Right load chuck:
a. Using a 9/16-in. open end wrench or 9/16-in. universal socket
wrench, loosen the two 3/8-16 hex head bolts mounted on the
vertical surfaces of the load station adapter plate by rotating them
counterclockwise.
b. Using the precision scale to measure and the 1/2-in. key stock and
the feeler gauges as needed to shim up the load chuck, raise the load
chuck to the down position height recorded before disassembly.
c. Using a 9/16-in. open end wrench or 9/16-in. universal socket
wrench, retighten the two 3/8-16 hex head bolts to firm by rotating
them clockwise.
6. Go on to Restoration of Electrical Power for the Second Table, below.
