3. Evaluate the position by determining the CALCULATED OFFSET:
CALCULATED = Left Side Measurement - Right Side Measurement
OFFSET 2
Example:
CALCULATED = 2.5 - 1.0
OFFSET 2
CALCULATED = .75
OFFSET
GOAL: The CALCULATED OFFSET should be less than .062
in. (1/16 in.).
If the CALCULATED OFFSET is greater than .062 in. (1/16 in.), adjust
the calibration as shown in the Adjustment Procedure section below.
If the CALCULATED OFFSET is less than or equal to .062 in. (1/16
in.), go to the When A Satisfactory Adjustment Is Achieved section
(below).
C. ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
1. At the Calibration/Configuration Menu, read the value for variable 1,
Bridge home position.
