Turn Machine Power On and Perform Home Sequence Routine
Follow the procedures detailed in the Operator Functions chapter of the 6DS-SP
Operations manual.
Move Bridge to Left Curtain Position
At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu, select Bridge Move and choose Left
Curtain to move the bridge to left curtain position.
B. CHECK CURRENT CALIBRATION
1. Open the Polish Area Left and Right Side Operator Doors.
2. Check the position of the left spindle:
GOAL:
If the curtain rinse option is installed, the spindle
should be centered over the curtain rinse
or
If the curtain rinse option is NOT INSTALLED, the
spindle should be centered over the stainless steel
divider which separates the two machine cabinet
sections.
a. If the goal is met, skip to the When Satisfactory Adjustment Is
Achieved section (below).
b. If the goal is not met, perform the adjustment procedure,
immediately below.
