Unload Carriers
Follow the procedures detailed in the Operator Functions chapter of the 6DS-SP
Operations manual.
Set Bridge Table 1 Position to 0
• At the Calibration/Configuration Menu, set the value for
variable 3, Bridge table 1 position to 0.
B. CHECK CURRENT CALIBRATION
1. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu, select Bridge Move and choose
Pol Tbl 2 to move the bridge to its second table position.
2. Select Robot Move and choose Left Send to move the robot to its left
send position.
3. Select Shuttle Move and choose Rear to move the shuttle to its rear
position.
4. At Page 2 of the Manual Control Menu, select Left Spindle Up/Down
and choose Down to lower the left spindle.
5. Select Right Spindle Up/Down and choose Down to lower the right
spindle.
6. Open the Polish Area Operator Doors.
7. Measure and record:
a. Measure the distance from the left edge of the table to the center of
the left spindle. Record left side measurement.
Example: 4.5 in.
b. Measure the distance from the right edge of the table to the center
of the right spindle. Record right side measurement.
Example: 4.0 in.
