A. BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Turn Machine Power On and Perform Home Sequence Routine
Follow the procedures detailed in the Operator Functions chapter of the 6DS-SP
Operations manual.
B. CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
Notes:
Calibration Variable 125, "Prog cond park position", is used to set the Park
Position of the arm. (This is the same as with previous software versions.)
Calibration Variable 126, "Prog cond tbl center position", is used to set the
arm to the exact table center. This should be a point at which the center of
the arm divides the table exactly.
1. At Page 2 of the Manual Control Menu, select Cond Arm Up/Dn and
choose Up to raise the arm.
2. Select Cond Arm Move and choose Park to move it to the park position.
(This will cause the arm to move to the variable 125 position.)
3. At the Calibration/Configuration Menu increase/decrease the value of
variable 125 as needed to position the arm directly over the conditioning
rinse tank.
GOAL:
The conditioning arm should be positioned directly over the
conditioning rinse tank.
a. Increase/decrease the variable value as needed.
b. Evaluate the arm position, and readjust the value if needed.
c. Repeat checking and adjusting until the goal has been met.
d. When the goal has been met, go on to Step. 4.
