C. ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
1. At the Calibration/Configuration Menu increase/decrease the value of
variable 131, Robot up/down left load position, as needed to meet the
goal:
Note: Changing the value of variable 131 while the robot is in its
up/down left load position via the Manual Control Menu
automatically repositions the robot to the new location.
a. Increase/decrease the variable value as needed.
b. Reevaluate the robot position, and readjust the value if needed.
c. Repeat checking and adjusting until the goal has been met.
D. TEST THE NEW ADJUSTMENT
1. Repeat the Check Current Calibration section (above) to check the new
adjustment.
2. If needed, repeat the Adjustment Procedure section (above).
3. When the goal has been met, go on to the Robot Up/Down Right Load
Position, below.
ROBOT UP/DOWN RIGHT LOAD POSITION
Repeat as for left load position, making substitutions in the text and the
following substitution to duplicate the calibration procedure for the right
load position:
At the Calibration/Configuration Menu:
132 = Robot Up/Down Right Load Position
