12. At the Diagnostics Menu, set counter 12 as shown below:
• For the Model Z18109 E-P regulator, set counter 12 to 580 counts
(corresponding to 5 psi).
• For the Model T6000 E-P regulator, set counter 12 to 601 counts
(corresponding to 5 psi).
13. Using a small flat blade screwdriver, remove the brass sealing button at
the front of the regulator, exposing the zero adjustment.
14. Use the zero adjustment at the regulator to set 5 psi:
GOAL: The zero should be adjusted such that the gauge reads
within +/- 1 pound of 5 pounds (psi).
• Using a small screwdriver, rotate the zero adjustment as needed to
meet the goal.
15. At the Diagnostics Menu, set counter 12 as shown below:
• For the Model Z18109 E-P regulator, set counter 12 to 3140 counts
(corresponding to 80 psi).
• For the Model T6000 E-P regulator, set counter 12 to 3481 counts
(corresponding to 80 psi).
