16. Set the span adjustment at the regulator:
GOAL: The span should be adjusted such that the gauge reads
within +/- 1 pound of 80 pounds (psi).
• Using a small screwdriver, rotate the span adjustment as needed to
meet the goal.
17. Repeat Steps 10. through 16. until the readings at the gauge for both
zero and span meet the goals.
18. At the Diagnostics Menu, set counter 12 to 0 (corresponding to
minimum psi).
19. Remove the gauge and reconnect the line.
20. Replace the regulator cover and the brass sealing button.

Repeat Steps 1. through 20., above, making the substitutions shown in the text
for right spindle.

• Close the electrical cabinet doors.
