b. Record the value as Display Low Force.
Example: Display Low Force: 100 LBS
5. Read and record as Actual Low Force the current Measured Force value
shown on the Sensotec Portable Indicator display.
Example: Actual Low Force: 80.3
6. Select Left Spindle Force and enter 500 lbs. as a test value.
7. Wait for the machine to adjust and the Load Cell and screen status area
reading for Left Spindle Force to settle.
8. Read and record as Display High Force the current Left Spindle Force
value displayed in the screen status area:
a. Read the left spindle force value.
SPNDL left
Frc 500
b. Record the value as Display High Force.
Example: Display High Force: 500 LBS
9. Read and record as Actual High Force the current Measured Force value
shown on the Sensotec Portable Indicator display.
Example: Actual High Force: 476
D. CALCULATE THE NEW LEFT SPINDLE FORCE SCALE
FACTOR
1. At the Calibration/Configuration Menu, read the current value of the
left spindle force scale factor, variable 33, Left force scale factor.
Example:
Current Scale Factor: .982
