2. Calculate the new calibration value for the left spindle force scale
factor:
NEW Actual High Force Value - Actual Low Force Value Current
CALIBRATION = –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– x Scale

NEW = _476 - 80.3 x .982

3. At the Calibration/Configuration Menu, enter the new calibration value
for the left spindle force scale factor, variable 33, Left force scale
factor.

E. TEST THE NEW ADJUSTMENT
1. Calculate the COMPENSATION WEIGHT for the left carrier:
COMPENSATION = Left Carrier Weight - Load Cell Carrier Weight

Example:
