THERMOCOUPLE CALIBRATION
The procedures below calibrate the two thermocouple sensors--one for cooling
water in and one for cooling water out--that monitor the temperature of the
polish table cooling water.
CALIBRATION VARIABLES SET DURING THIS PROCEDURE
5 Temp in scale factor
Nominal value: 1
The "span" calibration for the temperature
sensor monitoring table cooling water
entering the machine.
6 Temp out scale factor
Nominal value: 1
The "span" calibration for the temperature
sensor monitoring table cooling water exiting
the machine.
7 Temp in offset
Nominal value: 0
The "zero" calibration for the temperature
sensor monitoring table cooling water
entering the machine.
8 Temp out offset
Nominal value: 0
The "zero" calibration for the temperature
sensor monitoring table cooling water exiting
the machine.

Turn Machine Power On and Perform Home Sequence Routine
