Upward Motion Adjustment
6. Remove the Left Front Service Door.
7. Find Solenoid 4 located on the valve panel inside the Left Front Service
Door.
(Solenoid 6 = right load chuck)
8. Turn the Solenoid 4 up flow control regulator knob clockwise 1 turn.
(Solenoid 6 = right load chuck)
9. Replace the service door and power up the machine.
10. Retest the motion by repeating Section B., above.
GOAL: The load chuck should travel up slowly and smoothly.
a. If the goal is met, go on to the Downward Motion Adjustment.
b. If the goal is not met, repeat turning the Solenoid 4 up flow control
regulator knob in 1-turn increments clockwise and testing until the
goal is met.
(Solenoid 6 = right load chuck)
Downward Motion Adjustment
11. Remove the Left Front Service Door.
12. Find Solenoid 4 located on the valve panel inside the Left Front Service
Door.
(Solenoid 6 = right load chuck)
13. Turn the Solenoid 4 down flow control regulator knob clockwise 1 turn.
(Solenoid 6 = right load chuck)
14. Replace the service door and power up the machine.
