B. CHECK AND CORRECT CURRENT ADJUSTMENT
1. Confirm that the On/Off valve of each pump, located on the pump next
to the regulator, is in its on position.
2. Rotate the adjustment knob of each slurry pump regulator (located at the
left rear of the machine) counterclockwise until each dial reads O.
3. Regulate the left pump:
a. Rotate the left pump adjustment knob clockwise to 20-25 PSI.
b. Time the audible pumping actions with a stopwatch:
GOAL: 2 audible pumping actions per second
c. Rotate the adjustment knob as needed to achieve the goal of 2
actions per second.
d. Repeat timing to check.
4. Regulate the right pump:
Repeat Step 3., timing and adjusting the right pump as needed.
C. WHEN A SATISFACTORY ADJUSTMENT IS ACHIEVED
• Complete the Slurry Flow Calibration procedure found in the
Software Calibration Procedures chapter of this manual.
