SPINDLE CARRIER BLOW OFF
PRESSURE
When vacuum is turned off, spindle carrier blow off pressure is used to help
release the carriers from the spindle vacuum chucks.
A. BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Tools Required
• small screwdriver
Power Up, Remove Carriers, and Turn Machine Power Off
Follow the procedures detailed in the Operator Functions chapter of the 6DS-SP
Operations manual.
B. CHECK AND CORRECT CURRENT ADJUSTMENT
1. Remove the Left Front Service Door.
