6DS-SP COMPUTER SETUP
The procedures below provide details for performing the hardware setup and
software configuration for the 6DS-SP control computer.
NOTICE! Prior to installation into the 6DS-SP,
the computer must be physically configured per Engineering
Drawing 217946EO, Rev. D or later,
AND have PC-DOS installed.

Electrical Schematic
HARDWARE SETUP
1. Install the DCX-PC100 (104626) (for axes 1-4, 13-15), properly
populated with DC servo modules, in PC Slot 2.
a. Verify that the board address switch is set to 0.
b. Route the ribbon cable from each DC servo module through the
access hole for Slot 3.
