4. The servo controller notices that the bridge motor is not going where
it is supposed to, assumes trouble, and turns off the motor in a
control sense.
The end result is an error such as “Bridge not arriving at load” showing, and
a servo status with the motor off and the motor error on.
When this occurs, the error log will show the vacuum error immediately
(no matter how brief it was) and the bridge move error ten seconds
later.
If this is described in the error log, troubleshoot the spindle vacuums
and not the servo system.
Note: Opening and closing a polish door will reset the servo after this
error.
