Customizing the Standby Video Image
The standby image can be customized using basic graphics editing software.
Image Requirements:
1. Create a 24-bit BMP file with 1920x1080 pixels resolution, for your Standby video image.
2. Name the file as “sb-4k-bmp.bmp” for 4K, “chroma2k.bmp” for 2K, or “sb-hd-bmp.bmp” for HD. All 3 of
those resolutions, plus their fractional resolutions, will show a version of this splash screen.
3. Save the files and contact Streambox Support to assist you with uploading the files to their appropriate
location.
If using SD, create the file using the appropriate SD resolution: NTSC 720x480, or PAL 720x525, and save them
as “sb-transport-bmp.bmp” (NTSC) and “sb-transport-bmp-pal.bmp” for PAL.
