to avoid any unnecessary injury, damage, or loss which may occur from use of
the Strike Genius BT GPS Navigation System, please read this user
agreement carefully.
Please install the product correctly. Do not place the product in a location
where it may impede or block the driver's view. The manufacturer shall not
assume any compensation responsibility for product failure or other property
loss or personal injury caused due to incorrect installation.
Users must comply with the following terms while using. The manufacturer
shall not assume any compensation responsibility for personal injury or
financial loss due to violation of these terms:
1) This product is only for driving reference. Please obey all practical traffic
rules in light of actual traffic situations.
2) Only operate this device when your vehicle is stationary. It is forbidden to
operate it while driving.
3) It is forbidden to use any other function except navigation whilst driving.
4) As map information may be incorrect due to the change of road conditions
and infrastructure, please update it regularly at www.strike.com.au.
This navigation system contains operation system and software provided by a
third party. The manufacturer has spared no efforts in manufacturing the
hardware and developing the application software to ensure this product runs
normally. If there is a malfunction, the manufacturer shall not assume any
compensation responsibility for property damage or property loss or personal
injury except if maintenance is specified according to quality assurance
regulation.
