MIDI Patch changes:
BigSky presets are arranged in 100 banks of 3 each
for a total of 300 presets. MIDI access is available as
MIDI program change messages. Via MIDI, the presets
are numbered sequentially, for example:
BANK 0A = MIDI program # 0
BANK 0B = MIDI program # 1
BANK 0C = MIDI program # 2
BANK 1A = MIDI program # 3
BANK 1B = MIDI program # 4
BANK 1C = MIDI program # 5
etc ...
To access presets 0-127 via MIDI, send regular
program change messages as shown above.
To access 128 to 255, first send a MIDI Patch Bank
message (CC# 0) with a value of 1, then the program
change message.
To access 256 to 299, send MIDI Patch Bank message
(CC# 0) with a value of 2, then the program change
message.
