CYBERWALL™ INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Secure Top and Bottom Modules
Attach the top and bottom modules. Modules are secured together using M8 1.25 X 16MM HHCS
serrated flange bolts (10 places).
Connect Top and Bottom Water Lines
Refer to Figure 8.
1. Open the upper module electrical box door and remove rear access panel.
2. Remove the fan access panel next to the upper electrical box.
3. Remove the water coupling clamps from the return and supply pipes in the top module and slide the
rubber gasket up the pipe away from the end of the pipe. Use an EPDM-compatible pipe lubricant
(Shurjoint pipe lubricant or comparable) as needed to slide the gasket over the pipe.
4. For both the supply and return water lines:
a. Slide the rubber gasket over the pipe joint so gasket does not overlap the indent in the ends of the
pipes (see Figure 8). Use an EPDM-compatible pipe lubricant (Shurjoint pipe lubricant or comparable)
as needed to slide the gasket over the pipes.
CAUTION
Take care not to pinch the gasket between the coupling halves. Doing so can result in leaks.
b. Assemble clamp halves over the gasket so the lips of the clamp engage the indent in the ends of the
pipes. Tighten nuts alternately and equally until bolt pads meet and make metal-to-metal contact,
then tighten nuts by another one quarter to one half turn to make sure the bolts and nuts are snug and
secure. A torque wrench is not required.
c. Install foam insulation as shown using elastomeric foam adhesive.
