CYBERWALL™ INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
• Immediately rinse the affected surfaces thoroughly with fresh water and a fresh sponge to prevent potential
corrosion.
• Allow the unit to dry thoroughly before putting it back into service.
• Replace all panels and parts and restore electrical power to the unit.
Cleaning Porous Surfaces
To clean a porous insulating surface (fiberglass insulation):
• Disconnect all electrical power to the unit.
• Wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment, use a vacuum device to remove the accumulated
dirt and organic matter.
NOTE
Be careful not to tear the insulation surface or edges.
• Replace all panels and parts and restore electrical power to the unit.
Air Filters
The air filters are usually the most neglected items in an air conditioning system. To maintain efficient
operation, the filters should be checked at least monthly and cleaned or replaced as required.
NOTE
Conditions of spaces vary and filters should be checked based on those conditions.
Fans Maintenance and Lubrication
Periodic checks of the fan system should include checking the wiring, fan motor mounts, housing and fan
blades. Ensure all electrical connections are tight. Check that fan assemblies are mounted securely to the
unit chassis and that the fans are tightly mounted. The fan blades should be kept free of debris.
Fan Lubrication Procedure
Fan motors should be lubricated every 7,500 hours using Polyrex EM grease. Bearings should be lubricated
while stationary and the motor is warm.
1. Locate the grease inlet, clean the area, and replace the pipe plug with a grease fitting.
2. Locate and remove the grease drain plug, if provided.
3. Add the recommended volume of the recommended grease - 0.6 in3 (2 teaspoons).
4. Replace the grease inlet plug and run the motor for 15 minutes.
5. Replace the grease drain plug.
Drain Pans and Condensation Drains
To ensure proper drainage, inspect the drain pans in the top and bottom modules regularly. Make sure the
drain pan outlets are free of debris and ensure the drain pans do not leak. Ensure that the condensation drain
lines are clear properly attached. To clean drain pans:
