CYBERWALL™ INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
• Disconnect all electrical power to the unit.
• Wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment, remove any standing water.
• Scrape solid matter out of the drain pan.
• Vacuum the remain solid matter out of the drain pan with a vacuum device.
• Thoroughly clean any contaminated areas with an EPA-approved sanitizer specifically designed for HVAC
use.
• Immediately rinse the affected surfaces thoroughly with fresh water and a fresh sponge to prevent potential
corrosion.
• Allow the unit to dry completely before putting it back into service.
Coils
The coils in the top and bottom modules should be inspected semi-annually and cleaned as required
following standard coil cleaning practices. Use a brush to clean the coil fins of any debris that will inhibit
airflow. This can also be done with compressed air or with a commercial coil cleaner. Check for bent or
damaged coil fins and repair as necessary. Check all piping for signs of leaks.
Troubleshooting
Turn off all power to the unit before conducting any troubleshooting procedures unless the procedure
specifically requires the system to operate. To prevent accidental power-on during maintenance, lock the
main electric box door after disconnecting power at the main circuit breaker and post a notice on the door not
to reapply power.
For troubleshooting purposes only, the system may be powered on while servicing the unit’s internal
components. Troubleshooting procedures are described in Table 1 on next page.
WARNING
When the main power disconnect switch is On, high voltage is present inside the cabinet. Exercise
caution to prevent injury. Keep hands, clothing and tools clear of the electrical terminals and rotating
components. Ensure that your footing is stable at all times.
