When calling for service, you will need the model an d
serial numbers of your unit. Both numbers are listed on the
product rating pla te. For column models, the rating pla te
is located inside the top drawer near the drawer gui de
opposite the hinge. For tall and drawer models, th e rating
plate is located inside the cabinet, to the left of the upper
drawer. Refer to the illustrat ions below.
If you are storing or disposing of your old refrigerator or
freezer, please do it
safely. Remove the
doors or tightly secure
the doors closed.
