Perform 3E Checks (page 4-2)1
Disconnect wires from the motor2
Measure the resistance between motor terminals3
If incorrect readings are obtained, replace the motor4
Perform 4R Checks (4-2)5

Disconnect and isolate the wires to the primary side of the high voltage2
transformer
Connect voltmeter to motor wires/terminals3
Close the oven door4
Enter three minutes on the touch pad and energize the microwave -5
observe voltage
Perform 3E Checks (page 4-2)6
Remove voltmeter leads7
Connect wires to the primary side of the high voltage transformer8
If line voltage was observed but the motor did not rotate - replace the motor9
If no line voltage was observed:10
a. Confirm resistance on motor windings
b. Check relays, fuses and switches
Use this method to test all keys are working correctly.
Press the following keys in order within three seconds of energizing the1
microwave. POWER LEVEL, TIMER/CLOCK, START, and STOP/CLEAR.
The microwave enters a test mode.2
Press every key in turn, until all keys have been pressed3
Once every key has been pressed open the door4
a. KEY OK displayed means the control panel is ok
b. NG displayed means one or more keys are not working, or were not
pressed
c. ERROR displayed mean there is a possible fault with the AH Sensor.
