Assembly:
a) Clean the tapered part of dirt, oil grease and other foreign material before installation.
Be sure that there is no washer and other foreign material on the magnetic part.
b) Set the key in the key groove.
c) Install the flywheel over the crankshaft.
NOTICE: The flywheel may push the key out of its slot, check after assembling.
Flywheel nut torque value 64±4N.m aluminum flywheel 78±4N.m iron flywheel
Flywheel (cast iron)
Attach by aligning the four small holes in the flywheel.
Attach by aligning the lug on the rear side of the starter cup with the small hole at the center.
