PRE-INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
To properly make and store ice, the model UC-15I:
• Must have an open site (gravity) drain available
(applies to models without a drain pump only). Refer
to specifications found later in this section.
• Must have a grounded, polarized electrical power
supply on a separate circuit servicing only this appli-
ance. If GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) is
required by local electrical code or is part of an out-
door installation, it must be breaker type, not outlet
type. Refer to specifications found later in this sec-
tion.
• Must have a cold water supply line available at ice
machine. Refer to specifications found later in this
section.
• Specifications for clearance and air temperature
requirements must be met. Refer to specifications
found later in this section.
• Must be re movable for yearly cleaning procedure.
