7.1. Check list for control and service:
To make claims of warranty, the service plan must be done without exception or
delay.
No warranties apply if this is not completed properly.
Use replacement parts provided by or approved by SUFAG
®
exclusively.
Note also 8.1.Terms of warranty.
Daily service
* Check the water filter for dirt and damage.
Clean or replace filter if necessary.
* Check oil level in the compressor.
Fill up to level in sight glass if the oil level is too low.
* Control water couplings and hoses for damage.
Change hoses if any damage is detected.
Every 200 hours
* Grease on swing link rod. (Not for the 360 swing)
* Grease swivel-joint,360 swing.
Use only recommended Cargo Ice grease.
Yearly service
* Change oil in the compressor; fill up to the recommended
level.
* Check all fittings and connections.
Tighten screws and nuts if necessary.
* Grease all links and axles.
* All points for Daily and 200 hour service.
Every 2 years
* Change oil in the swing motor gearbox.
Use synthetic worm gear oil of appropriate type
Statoil PG 150. (Don’t blend with other oil types)
* All points for Daily, 200 hour and Yearly service.
