2.9 FILTERING

2.10 FILTERS CHANGING
Begin by draining the condensate from the OWS and
properly dispose of the oily condensate. Unscrew the
dome (OWS-2I0-420), and/or remove lid and filter
(OWS-88). Carefully remove the combined filter from
the filter chamber. Clean the entire OWS. Insert the
new filter. Fill the separator with clean water until
water runs out of the water discharge! Insert the filter
and close the device. The separator is ready for
operation. The activated charcoal filter inside the
expansion chamber (OWS-2I0-2I00) can be changed
after removing the lid from the dome.
NOTE
Only use recommended spare filters! Use
manufacturer's recommended filter ele-
ments and spare parts for optimal operation.

For other compressor -types or other types of compressor oils, you have to reduce the max. capacity.
NOTE
It is recommended to soak the Charcoal
filter for 4 to 6 hours in clean water before
it is placed into the OWS.
By soaking the charcoal filter the air is
removed from the charcoal and there-
fore... the filter is immediately active.
