Note the following for forced ventilation types
Insulation suitable for a motor is necessary in inverter drive with 3-phase 400V motor or 3-phase 400V high
efficiency motor.
Connect power source for forced ventilation fan.
For an indoor 400V class, the axial fan power source voltage will be 200V class. For special specifications,
specifications may differ from the above. Check the manufacturing specifications.
Wire so that the fan rotation direction is relevant with "rotation direction nameplate" when 3-phase motor is used for
forced ventilation fan.
(Wind should blow from the unconnected side to the connected side of the drive.)
When you stop a motor for a long time, a forced ventilation fan should also stop.
Wire the thermostat.
Specification for thermostat
Terminal symbol : T1 & T2 or P1 & P1
Operating temperature : 135 C(Thermal class 155(F))
Operating function : Normal closed(contact point b)
Maximum current : 18A for DC24V and 13A for AC230V
AF motor for inverter is designed for use with inverter.
It uses star (wye)( ) connection for small capacity range and delta ( Δ ) connection for middle capacity range and larger.
In addition, star (wye)-delta switch operation is possible using commercial power source.
Note : This drawing shows for a motor based on standard specification for domestic market.
Motor based on overseas standard shall be referred to us.
These should be furnished by the customer.
