2. Gate Assembly - Wall
With the Gate 90º to
the Hinges (open position),
lower Gate into openings
on hinges.
Add Plastic
Inserts (part Q)
to the Upper
and Lower
Hinge Bolts.

Unlock all
4 Cam Lock
on Gate.

Using the support foot
fasteners, attach both
sides of the Support Foot
to the base of the gate.

Support Foot.

Use short screw to
fasten bottom
of Support Foot.
Use short screw to

of Support Foot.

Support Foot Assembly:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Adjust
foot to be just touching oor
when gate is locked closed.
IMPORTAN T:
At the top of the landing,
position the gate a minimum
of 3-6 inches (8-15cm) away
from the top step.
!
IMPORTANT:
The Gate should never
open over the stairs.
The protrusion on the
latch will prevent the
gate from swinging
both ways.
